詳細(xì)描述： ALAVIDE AV series inks, which ppared with high gloss resin, high quality pigments and fillers, and so on, are colourful and delicate. The print and characters are clear and with strong sense of third-dimension. The smooth and bright film is scratch resistant. ALAVIDE AV系列油墨由高光樹(shù)脂,、優(yōu)質(zhì)顏填料等配制而成。該產(chǎn)品顏色鮮艷,、細(xì)膩,；印件圖文清晰，立體感強(qiáng),；印膜光滑明亮,，耐磨耐刮,。 Ⅲ、Proposed Operation (操作建議) Prepare: To clean the surface with ALATIVE SC3 treater and make sure non-dust, non-grease. To dilute the ink with 3-20% ALATIVE SR6 thinner and then is ready（In order to regulate the drying rate of ink ,please make use of ALATIVE RR6 dry retarder or ALATIVE SF3 dry accelerant）. Mesh count: 70T to 140T Drying: Air dry in 15-30 minutes, or forced dry at 70 OC in about 10 minutes. Cleaning: To remove the stain and bad print with ALATIVE SC6 remover, and to clear the screen plate with ALATIVE CC6 cleaner. 印前：用ALATIVE SC3清洗印件表面,，確定無(wú)塵,、無(wú)油脂；用3-20%的ALATIVE SR6將產(chǎn)品稀釋至需要稠度,，即可印刷（調(diào)節(jié)油墨干燥速度,，可以配合適量的ALATIVE RR6或ALATIVE SF3） 網(wǎng)紗：70T至140T 干燥：自然風(fēng)干，15-30分鐘,；或70OC烘干,，約10分鐘。 清洗：用ALATIVE SC6清除污點(diǎn)和不良印刷,；用ALATIVE CC6清洗網(wǎng)板,。
