Change Summary
In the latest version of the Ethical Supply ChainProgram Audit Checklist, Version 4.0, modificationshave been made to a total of 15 checkpoints.
These changes have been made to implement newrequirements, add or tighten requirements, updaterequirements based on practicality, or clarify andimprove the guidance to provide clearer instructions forthe checkpoints.
A summary of the modifications is available, pleasefamiliarise yourself with these changes before AuditChecklist V4.0 replaces V3.0 on 1st July 2024.
