YFMZ-780 fully automatic laminator is one of new designs to suit glueless film lamination and pre-glued film lamination. This laminating machine is composed of feeding system, laminating system and cutting system and paper collecting and rewinding system. The electric and pneumatic devices are controlled by programmable control (PLC) system. And the operator can operate the machine easily on touch screen. Heating roll adopts built-in oil heating system which has excellent heat-remaining property to precisionize and stabilize laminating temperature. This machine centralizes the features of compact structure, high automation, humanized operation design, and is an excellent choice for large and medium-size enterprises.

分切系統(tǒng)：配有盤(pán)刀和氣動(dòng)打孔裝置,、光電檢測(cè)，需根據(jù)紙張大小調(diào)節(jié)分切位置,，高速自動(dòng)分切,。

Separating system ：Equipped with flying knife,pneumatic perforating device and photo electrical detector to separate the paper according to paper size quickly.

自動(dòng)送紙飛達(dá)采用免油式真空風(fēng)泵吸紙系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)喂紙。

Automatic paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper automatically.

防曲裝置：覆膜后的紙張通過(guò)防曲裝置定型,，分切后,，紙張不再曲卷。

Anti-curvature device: when going though the anti-curvature device,the laminated paper shall be leveled at once and won't curve again after cut.

自動(dòng)送紙系統(tǒng)裝有光電控制的缺紙,、斷紙自動(dòng)停機(jī)保護(hù)裝置,。

.Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with no paper protector and paper break protector, which are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical systems. When no paper or paper break occurs, the machine will stop automatically for self-protection.

1.人機(jī)界面系統(tǒng)：彩色觸屏，操作簡(jiǎn)單,。直接輸入待加工紙張尺寸,、疊加距離、機(jī)速等,，即可實(shí)現(xiàn)全機(jī)操作自動(dòng)化,。操作員可從觸屏上隨時(shí)查看機(jī)器工作狀態(tài)。

2. 輸送臺(tái)采用吸氣式送紙,，并配備前規(guī)等裝置以確保送紙,、疊紙平穩(wěn),、整齊。

3. 內(nèi)置油加溫方式恒溫性能優(yōu)異,，并確保覆膜溫度均勻,、穩(wěn)定。

4. 自動(dòng)壓力系統(tǒng)可提供穩(wěn)定覆膜壓力,。壓力大小可根據(jù)需要作相應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié),。

5. 氣漲放膜軸，膜卷裝卸方便,，放膜定位準(zhǔn)確

6. 放膜軸且配備離合器張力系統(tǒng)以控制放膜張力及放膜速度,。

7 收紙系統(tǒng)兼配有振動(dòng)收紙臺(tái)。分切后的紙張由振動(dòng)收紙臺(tái)自動(dòng)接收整理,。

Features

1.Man-machine interface system: color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. On the touch screen, as long as the operator inputs paper size,

overlap length and working speed etc., The machine can realize completely automated operation. And on touch screen, working status of the machine

can be checked at any time.

2.Conveying table is furnished with air aspirator and front lay etc. to guarantee paper conveying and overlap stable and regular.

3.High precision of chrome plated heating roller is equipped with built-in oil heating system, which has excellent performance to temperature control.

The laminating temperature is adjustable upon applications.

4.Pressuring system provides automatically big and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality.

5.Air expansion shaft releases film, and precisionizes film release, and also makes the loading and unloading of film roll more convenient.

6.The combination of air expansion shaft and braking device can adjust film release tension and speed.

7.Paper receiving unit is furnished with vibrating receiving table .After cut,the laminated paper will be sent automatically to vibrating receiving table and be put into order.
