因此粉體流動性能的測量就變得尤為重要. 本機采用固定的接料筒配置不同出口孔徑之漏斗來解決不同粉體因粉體本身物性而流動性差,，無法流動現(xiàn)象,。
So it is very important to measure the flow properties of the powder. The model adopts a fixed charging barrel to configure the funnel with different outlet holes to solve the problems that the fluidity of the powder is poor and the flow phenomenon can not be carried out because of the physical property of the powder.

二,、功能描述：Function description
通過測試休止角（安息角）,、定質量流速、定體積流速,、表觀密度,、松裝比、體積密度,、堆積密度及松散密度等數據來評定粉末流動能力,；采用多規(guī)格可更換出口孔徑之漏斗;根據測試粉體流動能力狀況來選擇配置出口漏斗孔徑數;出口控制檔板，秒表計時功能;配置標準不銹鋼量筒,，固定圓盤法角度測試.本品為粉體流動性測試綜合性測量平臺.
